Shipping policy
Delivery and Insurance
All orders are shipped using tracked and signed services via Royal Mail (UK) and FedEx (international).
UK Delivery
Domestic orders are typically delivered within 1–3 working days from dispatch via Royal Mail Tracked or Special Delivery services.
International Delivery
International orders are shipped via FedEx and typically arrive within 3–7 working days, depending on the destination.
An express international priority shipping option is also available via FedEx, with an estimated delivery time of 1–3 working days.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. International express delivery is typically charged at £50.
Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on your location.
Tracking and Delivery
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will leave instructions to rearrange delivery or collection.
Failed Delivery
If an order is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, incorrect address details, or failure to pay customs charges, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred for redelivery.
Delivery Delays
While we aim to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control, including customs processing or courier disruptions.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights.
Risk and Ownership
Ownership of the goods passes to you once full payment has been received and the goods have been delivered.
The goods remain our responsibility until they are delivered to you, at which point they are held at your own risk.
