Returns & Refunds

We hope you truly love your &Lottie piece. However, we understand that sometimes something isn’t quite right.

We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In its original condition and packaging
  • In a saleable condition
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To request a return, simply email us at lottie@andlottie.com, quoting your order number.

If your return is approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our pieces, certain items are non-returnable:

  • Due to hygiene considerations, earrings for pierced ears (including studs and hoops) are non-returnable
  • Bespoke, personalised, or made-to-order pieces
  • Repurposed or customised jewellery

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, do let us know within 48 hours of delivery at lottie@andlottie.com, and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.


Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you have something else in mind, you’re welcome to return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and carefully inspected, we’ll let you know the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • It may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund

Your Right to Cancel

In line with UK and EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without providing a reason.

This right does not apply to:

  • Bespoke or personalised pieces
  • Earrings for pierced ears, due to hygiene considerations

Returned items must meet the conditions outlined above.
